At RadDadLife, every item is made especially for you once you place your order. This helps reduce waste and overproduction, and we appreciate your thoughtful purchase.
Returns
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong colour
Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our Contact page.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item
We'll work with our production partner to replace the item or provide an appropriate solution at no extra cost.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you have any questions before ordering, please contact us before placing your order and we'll be happy to help.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace it at no additional cost.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
